We’re now looking for a Safety Partner to join the team at the iconic XXXX Brewery in Brisbane.

The Role

You’ll partner closely with the Brewery Director and Brewery Leadership Team at XXXX to deliver strong day-to-day safety outcomes and continue building a proactive, high-performing safety culture.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in operational environments, builds trusted relationships and brings a practical, people-first approach to safety -

• Partner with leaders and frontline teams to support safe, efficient and high-performing operations across the brewery
• Coach and support operational leaders to strengthen safety capability, ownership and accountability in day-to-day operations
• Lead site-based safety activities including incident investigations, risk management, compliance and contractor safety
• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of safety systems, initiatives and training programs onsite
• Build trusted relationships across operations and create an environment where people feel empowered to speak up and improve how work is done
• Collaborate closely with site leadership to identify opportunities that strengthen safety culture, engagement and operational performance

About You
You’re a collaborative and commercially minded Safety Partner who knows how to influence, build trust and bring people on the journey. You enjoy being present in operations, solving problems pragmatically and helping teams succeed.

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial or operational environments is beneficial
• Build strong relationships across frontline teams, leaders, contractors and external stakeholders
• Apply practical knowledge of safety systems, critical risk management and operational safety standards
• Coach and influence leaders to strengthen accountability and capability across safety and culture
• Navigate complex environments with resilience, sound judgement and a solutions-focused mindset
• Contribute energy, curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset that helps teams and sites perform at their best
