About the Role
Snapscale is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Safety Officer Admin to support workplace safety, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) compliance, and administrative operations. This role will help implement and monitor safety programs, conduct workplace inspections, document incidents, support emergency preparedness, and coordinate with building administration and relevant regulatory agencies. The position will also provide administrative support to HR and site operations to ensure safety and administrative requirements are consistently maintained.
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor workplace safety and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards or risks.
- Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation.
- Document and assist in investigating workplace incidents and accidents.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with employees, management, building administration, and external agencies regarding safety-related concerns.
- Provide administrative support to HR and site operations related to safety and workplace requirements.
- Monitor compliance with company safety policies and applicable Philippine OSH standards.
- Prepare safety-related reports, documentation, and other administrative requirements.
- Perform other safety and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements
- College undergraduate or degree holder; preferably in Occupational Safety and Health, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- More than 2 years of experience in Safety, Administration, HR, or a related role, preferably with HR experience and in a BPO or corporate environment.
- Experience implementing and monitoring workplace safety and OSH programs.
- Experience conducting safety inspections, maintaining safety records, and documenting incidents.
- Familiarity with emergency preparedness, drills, and workplace safety procedures.
- Knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and workplace safety practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify workplace safety risks.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- DOLE-accredited Safety Officer 2 (SO2) training/certification is preferred or required, depending on the company's OSH requirements.
- BOSH Training / Safety Officer certification is an advantage.
- First Aid/Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
- Willing to work on-site.
