Project: LNG Bolting Project
Contract Duration: 3 Months (Extendable)
Salary: QAR 6,500 /month + FAT by Candidate
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week
The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures to ensure compliance with Qatar Energy and project safety standards. The candidate will oversee daily operations, conduct safety audits, and promote a strong safety culture at the worksite.
Enforce compliance with safety regulations, policies, and standards.
Conduct daily safety toolbox meetings and inspections.
Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain incident and accident records and report to HSE management.
Ensure workers use PPE and follow safety guidelines.
Assist in developing and implementing site-specific HSE plans.
Coordinate with project teams for risk assessments and permit approvals.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in Oil & Gas projects.
Prior experience with Qatar Energy projects is mandatory.
NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and local regulations.
Good communication skills in English.
