In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering network planning and development to improve safety, optimise network performance, and support road safety and traffic management programs across the region.

This role will see you assist with developing network solutions, support safety and traffic investigations, respond to stakeholder queries, contribute to project planning, and help deliver consistent, evidence based outcomes through data analysis and reporting.

You will support improved safety, operations, and customer outcomes in a fast paced environment balancing multiple priorities, building technical capability, and collaborating across diverse stakeholders and disciplines.

About you

Your foundational experience in civil engineering, traffic management or related disciplines, strong analytical and problem solving skills, understanding of road safety and traffic management principles, and effective communication and stakeholder engagement capability formed across multidisciplinary and stakeholder focused environments will see you excel in managing competing tasks, supporting investigations, and delivering accurate, practical inputs that lead to integrated regional network outcomes.

You’re recognised as a collaborative and capable emerging safety and traffic professional, skilled at supporting investigations and preparing technical reports and recommendations, experienced in stakeholder engagement, organising and delivering tasks to deadlines, and contributing to program delivery targets.
