📅 Duration: 5 Months (Start: 9/14)

📋 Type: 1099 Contractor

Compensation & Schedule

💰 Pay Rate: $84/hr or $65/HR with Perdiem

⏱️ Overtime: Available as Project Demands Require

🏨 Per Diem: $125/Day on seven days

🎯 Completion Bonus: $150/month

💵 Pay Frequency: Weekly

⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40-50 Hours Per Week | 1st Shift

📈 Additional Schedule Details: Long-term pharmaceutical construction project supporting mechanical installation activities.

The Construction Safety Manager will maintain a strong field presence while working directly with craft personnel, subcontractors, supervision, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of mechanical construction activities.

Required Qualifications

✔ CSP (Certified Safety Professional) Required

✔ Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience

✔ Pharmaceutical Construction Experience Required

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Large Industrial Construction Experience

⭐ Process Piping Installation Experience

⭐ Equipment Setting and Rigging Oversight Experience

⭐ Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences Facility Experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide daily field safety oversight for mechanical construction activities
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor rigging operations, pipe installation activities, equipment setting, and material handling operations
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and pharmaceutical project safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project
