Responsibilities:

• Ensure EHS compliance Monitor and ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Risk Assessment Facilitate risk assessments to identify critical safety or health hazards and environmental aspects.
• EHS Culture Promote a proactive EHS culture throughout the site.
• Training Provide training on safety standards, procedures, and practices.
• Incident Reporting Report all EHS data and information as required, using established processes.
• Management of Change Develop and manage change programs related to safety and EHS regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education College graduate, preferably with a technical course.
• Certifications Certified Safety Professional/Practitioner; DOLE BOSH/COSH or accredited institution (SO2 & above).
• Experience Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and technical software/applications.
  • English proficient (writing & reading).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
