Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive safety programs that meet all Federal, State, and Local regulations.

• Conduct safety inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.

• Develop safety training programs and deliver engaging training sessions to all employees.

• Investigate safety incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

• Promote and maintain a positive safety culture by creating awareness, encouraging safe work practices, and recognizing safety achievements.

• Collaborate effectively with all levels of management and employees to integrate safety into daily operations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed safety records and reports.

• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging safety trends, and relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management or a related field (e.g., Occupational Health & Safety).

• 3-5 years of experience in safety management within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on data collection and analysis.

• Proactive problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
