The Safety Leader is responsible for leading the organization’s safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining safety policies, procedures, and training programs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Safety Leader will collaborate closely with operational groups, field personnel, and leadership to promote a culture of safety, manage incident reporting, and drive continuous improvements in safety performance.

Seeking a Safety Leader with strong leadership skills, ability to identify/mitigate risks and develop safety control programs for one of the most advanced semiconductor facilities in the United States.
Opportunity to lead a diverse safety team to help strengthen safety culture and improve hazard awareness for a world leader in manufacturing technology.
Provide strong project management and technical assistance for the development, implementation and maintenance of EHS programs, management systems and polices/procedures.
Lead internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic projects and goals are achieved.
Lead development and implementation of EHS standards, procedures, guidelines and employee training to support business growth.
Collaborate, influence and build strong relationships with various levels throughout the organization.
Analyze safety metrics and incident trends to identify emerging risk and forecast performance.
Provide solution-focused support in the areas of risk assessment, job hazard analysis, and the development of safety systems.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
Bachelor of Science in engineering, industrial hygiene, safety or closely related field.
Masters of Science in a Safety and Health curriculum may be substituted for experience requirement.
15+ years experience in Health & Safety.
5 years of management experience leading a team of Health & Safety professionals.
CSP or CIH certification is a plus.
Detailed understanding of local and regional EHS regulatory requirements. Experience dealing with federal, state and local regulatory agencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
The current base salary range for this role is between $118,270 - $290,230. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
