We are seeking an experienced
Safety Inspector
to support HSE compliance on major infrastructure projects. The role involves monitoring on-site safety practices, ensuring adherence to corporate and regulatory standards, conducting inspections, and assisting in implementing safety programs to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitor and inspect on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, corporate HSE policies, and client requirements.

• 
  Conduct regular safety inspections and audits across construction sites.

• 
  Review and verify safety-related documentation, including Site Safety Plans, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Emergency Plans.

• 
  Identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and conditions, and report findings with recommendations for corrective actions.

• 
  Assist in organizing safety meetings and toolbox talks for project teams and contractors.

• 
  Maintain records of inspections, incidents, and safety observations.

• 
  Ensure contractors and site personnel follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

• 
  Support the preparation of incident reports and follow-up on corrective measures.

• 
  Promote a culture of safety among all on-site personnel.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.

• 
  Minimum 7 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in roads, bridges, or infrastructure projects.

• 
  Knowledge of Dubai Municipality, RTA, and UAE construction safety regulations.

• 
  Familiarity with HSE inspection procedures, risk assessments, and reporting standards.

• 
  Strong communication and coordination skills for interacting with contractors, engineers, and site staff.

• 
  Ability to identify hazards and recommend practical solutions to prevent incidents.

• 
  Awareness of construction site safety practices, emergency response, and occupational health standards.

• 
  Willing to work in Dubai.
