
Safety & Health Supervisor – High-Rise Construction (Green Book Holder)

What you will do:
- Prepare, review, and control the site-specific Project Safety and Health Plan.
- Conduct daily site inspections of workflows, worker practices, and equipment parameters.
- Facilitate weekly toolbox briefings and monthly site safety committee meeting schedules.
- Compile accident statistics and lost-time reports directly for the Project Manager.
- Ensure site operations comply with standard ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 frameworks.
- Investigate and report safety incidents, dangerous occurrences, or near-miss events factually.
Experience you need:
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health approved by NIOSH.
- Must possess a valid, active Green Book registration status with DOSH.
- Minimum 8 years of construction experience, specifically on high-rise building developments.
- Well-versed in Malaysian OSH regulations and historical OSHAS 18001 frameworks.
- Strong verification skills for safety auditing and factual incident investigation data compiling.
