
Join Ecolab as the Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager at our largest North American manufacturing facility in Joliet, IL This role is a key member of the Plant Leadership Team and is responsible for building, leading, and sustaining a strong safety culture and world‑class SH&E systems across a 24/7, high‑complexity manufacturing operation.
The SHE Manager is the site owner of Safety, Health & Environment within Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and leads the SHE Pillar, partnering closely with Operations and Maintenance leaders to embed safety into equipment, processes, and daily work systems while eliminating safety losses and exposure risks.

The Joliet, IL facility is Ecolab’s largest North American manufacturing site. The 600,000‑square‑foot, 24/7 operation manufactures approximately 900 formulas and 1,700 SKUs, including liquid, powder, organic, and cast products that support clean water, abundant energy, and safe food.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $107,600.00 - $161,500.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
