This role is heavily focused on occupational safety and hazard control within a complex industrial environment that includes rolling mills, high-speed equipment, heat processes, and chemical exposure risks

  • Maintain and improve EHS management systems and compliance programs (OSHA, EPA)
  • Manage and utilize EHS systems (Gensuite) for tracking incidents, audits, and corrective actions
  • Support industrial hygiene programs, safety training, and regulatory documentation
  • Lead or participate in safety audits, inspections, and plant safety committees

You will love it here if…

  • You put safety first, always
  • You are a safety-first professional with strong field presence and influence
  • You are someone who can balance compliance with practical risk reduction
  • You have the ability to engage operators, supervisors, and leadership to drive change
  • You are a candidate who wants to grow into broader EHS leadership roles

Qualifications

We Need You to Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education which has imparted the required knowledge.
  • 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and risk assessment methods

Icing On the Cake:
