Safety Engineer

What You Will Do

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring consistent and timely delivery of administrative and operational services. This role supports business operations by managing complex administrative activities, coordinating vendor processes, and ensuring customer expectations are met.

How You Will Do It

  • Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of administrative services across operations

  • Manage and expedite complex administrative tasks to meet customer and business requirements

  • Process subcontract agreements and maintain all related documentation

  • Coordinate the end-to-end invoice processing cycle in compliance with internal guidelines

  • Place and track material orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving discrepancies

  • Monitor shipment status and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth business operations

What We Look For (Required)

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

  • Basic understanding of procurement, invoicing, and order management processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

  • Experience in vendor management and subcontract processing

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Education & Experience

  • University degree with minimum 1 year of relevant experience, OR

  • 2-year degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
