As a Safety Business Partner with InfraBuild Manufacturing, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Rod, Bar and Mesh operations in Newcastle, partnering closely with site leaders to drive our vision of an injury-free workplace.
This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll influence, coach and empower leaders and teams to embed safety into everyday decision-making. Working as part of a broader safety network, you’ll contribute to business-wide initiatives while ensuring robust systems, processes and behaviours are in place to keep our people safe.
You’ll be more than a safety advisor—you’ll be a trusted partner, helping leaders build capability, navigate change, and continuously improve safety performance across multiple sites.
