About the Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join our team!
As our Safety and Wellbeing Manager, you will lead the delivery of best practice, fit-for-purpose health, safety and wellbeing initiatives across The Lost Dogs Home. You will play a hands-on role in driving proactive safety measures, supporting managers to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organisation. You will also oversee the administration of Workers’ Compensation and Return to Work programs, working closely with insurers, rehabilitation providers and managers to support safe, timely recovery and effective claims management.
