Job Description

The Regional Protective Services Specialist is responsible for protecting the company’s people, property, information, and reputation in the Philippines. The Protective Services Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Assist the GAP-RPS Lead in:
• Perform Watch Officer duty in company's Watch Officer Program;
• Provide client presentations during visits and audits; and
• When required, perform night duty at the Philippine Security Operations Center (PSOC)
• Active member of Behavioral Threat Assessment Team (BTAT)
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities / Authorities (within the Geographic purview):

• Physical Security and Protection of Accenture People, Property, Information and Reputation.
• Life Safety
• Business Resiliency and Crisis Management
• Manage Regional Integrated access card program
• Watch Officer Program

Qualifications:

• FEMALE ONLY
• Graduate of any Bachelors Degree course, preferably Military or Police Education but not required
• Must have at least 5 years relevant experience with 2 years supervisory/managerial experience
• Must have experience strong in the following area:
• Certified Protection Professional is an advantage
