Job Description

The Regional
Protective Services Specialist
is responsible for protecting
the company’s people, property, information, and reputation in the Philippines.
The Protective Services Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the
following:

  • Assist the GAP-RPS Lead in:
    • Establishing, maintaining and
      implementing security and safety procedures and policies;
    • Monitoring Geo Political
      events / natural disaster and determine impact on company offices;
    • Coordinating multifunctional
      crises management during incidents; and
    • Reviewing the security and
      safety equipment in the facility design phase.
    • Be the escalation point for
      issues on security and safety in his assigned cluster / sites;
    • Carry out physical security
      reviews;
    • Supervise executive protection
      operations and special events security;
    • Supervise operations of the
      Philippine Security Operations Center (PSOC);
    • Liaise with counter parts in
      other organizations and other interested parties i.e. BCMS OC and ISMS;
  • Perform Watch Officer duty in company's Watch Officer Program;
  • Provide client presentations
    during visits and audits; and
  • When required, perform night
    duty at the Philippine Security Operations Center (PSOC)
  • Active member of Behavioral
    Threat Assessment Team (BTAT)
  • Perform other duties as
    assigned

Qualifications:

  • FEMALE ONLY
  • Graduate of any Bachelors
    Degree course, preferably Military or Police Education but not required
  • Must have at least 5 years
    relevant experience with 2 years supervisory/managerial experience
  • Must have experience strong in
    the following area:
    • Corporate Security Management/
      Protective Services
    • Emergency and Disaster
      Management
    • Crisis Management
    • Investigation – incident
      happen within the facility
  • Certified Protection
    Professional is an advantage
