Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

A. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven and demonstrated leadership talent in current position.
  3. Must be able to use critical thinking process to assess, analyze, and reach optimal conclusions.
  4. Should have computer skills, be resourceful and be able to communicate effectively using written and verbal methods.
  5. Must be able to self-manage.
  6. Must be reliable.
  7. Must be able and willing to work shifts, including extended hours and be subject to 'on-call" responses during off hours to accomplish tasks and goals.
  8. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
  9. Must have a current AOA ATL badge.
  10. Must have a valid driver's license with "D" on badge and be able to drive all G2 vehicles safely.

B. PERSONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  1. Treat all information as confidential.
  2. Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives.
  3. Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and/or bend throughout shift.
  4. Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 10 lbs.
  5. Must pass drug test.
  6. Must meet necessary requirements to obtain a security sensitive identification badge.
  7. Must be a citizen of the United States or possess the necessary authorization from the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Responsible for organizing teams and ensuring efficient and smooth daily operation.
  2. Act as a Safety advocate and promote "Safety First!" mindset by ensuring compliance with all Safety policies and procedures in all areas of the operation.
  3. Help to prevent OJIs by detecting and correcting unsafe work practices.
  4. Responsible for conducting daily audits on all shifts to ensure reliable, proficient and effective cabin service performance.
  5. Promote team building and perform coaching/mentoring to develop and motivate team members (Leads).
  6. Assist Management team whenever needed.
  7. Provide and set the example for the delivery of distinctive customer service.
  8. Establish and manage performance audit results. Ensure information is communicated in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner.
  9. Ensure compliance with rules and standards of G2 Secure Staff, United Airlines and all relevant regulatory agencies.
  10. Comply with all safety requirements to include only using equipment that you have been trained on, immediately reporting unsafe conditions and workplace injuries, wearing proper PPE, and attending required safety training
  11. Ensure implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)
  12. Implement safety plan for station
  13. Maintain Quality Assurance oversight for operational issues relating to performance and safety, providing suitable corrective and/or preventative actions where necessary
  14. Actively participate in the Safety Management System
