Safety and Loss Prevention Manager

Location: Exeter, PA


Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety and Loss Prevention Manager for our Exeter, PA location. In this leadership role, you will oversee all safety, compliance, and loss prevention efforts for the distribution center and associate cross-docks, helping to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant work environment. This position also includes supervising assigned staff in support of a strong culture of safety and security throughout the operation.

Essential Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain safety programs to prevent OSHA recordable incidents and train employees.
  • Conduct regularly occurring safety meetings.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled safety inspections.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with safety regulations for government agencies.
  • Investigate and follow up on safety and theft-related incidents.
  • Ensure employees complete compliance training.
  • Comply with all safety standards and requirements to ensure a safe and hazard-free workplace
  • Assume other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Lead the work of others who perform essentially the same work.
  • May set priorities, schedule, and review work, but have no responsibility to hire, terminate, review performance, and/or make pay decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in loss prevention or a safety-related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Certified power equipment trainer.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

  • Must not have any lifting restrictions – able to move/lift up to 75 pounds
  • Must not be afraid of heights – able to regularly climb ladders, stairs, and withstand heights of more than 15 feet.
  • This position requires periodic travel, including overnight stays.
