At around 200 MW, it's a significant renewable energy development and a great opportunity to be part of a major project through construction and delivery.You don't need to come from renewables. If you're an experienced HSE or Safety Advisor from construction, infrastructure, power, utilities, mining projects, oil & gas or another high-risk project environment, we'd like to hear from you.Why this role10:4 roster with travel undertaken in company timeMeals and accommodation provided while on rosterPermanent role on a major WA wind farm projectHands-on site role working closely with construction teamsLong-term opportunities across UGL's renewable energy project pipeline.About the roleYou'll be out on site and close to the work, supporting supervisors, contractors and crews across the day-to-day construction program.Reporting to the Site HSE Manager, you'll provide practical safety support across civil, erection, electrical and transmission works, helping the team identify and manage risk and maintain strong safety standards throughout delivery.Key responsibilitiesSpend time in the field completing site walks and inspections, identifying hazards and making sure the right controls are in place.Provide practical safety advice and support to supervisors, contractors and crews.Support pre-starts, toolbox talks and day-to-day safety conversations across the project.Support incident reporting and investigations, including following through on corrective actions.Maintain HSE documentation and compliance while helping build a positive safety culture on site.About youPrevious experience as an HSE Advisor, Safety Advisor or Senior HSE Advisor in a construction or high-risk project environment.Experience across construction, civil, infrastructure, power, utilities, mining projects or oil & gas.Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.Strong field presence with a practical, hands-on approach to safety and confidence working with crews, subcontractors, supervisors and project leaders.Comfortable working autonomously in a site-based role and available to DIDO on a 10:4 roster.What we offerPermanent employment with UGL.Access to our OneRewards Discount Program.Discounted Medibank health insurance.AIA Vitality Wellness Program.16 weeks' paid primary parental leave.Complimentary salary continuance insurance.Individual Development Plan and opportunities to build your career across UGL's broader project portfolio.About UGLUGL delivers engineering, construction, operations and maintenance services across sectors including energy, transport, resources, water and defence.
