SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

SHEQ Advisor for heavylift and transport projects

Safety is of paramount importance to all Mammoet operations. So our SHE-Q professionals play a mission-critical role in maintaining the highest possible standards for our colleagues, contractors, and customers around the world.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support project SHEQ initiatives and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Participate in incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Facilitate Mammoet internal training and SHEQ awareness programs.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of SHEQ management systems and procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Expert level experience in SHE-Q regulations. Professional level experience in SHE-Q systems, HLT equipment and MS Office suite.
• English, fluent proficient verbal and written
• Vocational education in technical discipline
• Evidence of experience in a similar role.
• Associate degree in Health, Safety & Environment discipline
