Forbes Bros. Timberline (FBTL) is seeking a Project based Safety Advisor to work directly with the HSE Manager to support the implementation and execution of the project Health & Safety program for a large-scale transmission construction project. This position is field-focused and provides day-to-day safety support to crews while ensuring alignment with Company standards, Client requirements, and regulatory obligations.
This role works closely with Construction & Project Management, supervisors, and field crews to ensure safe work planning, regulatory compliance, and proactive hazard management across multiple crews and work fronts. The Project Safety Advisor plays a critical role in driving field engagement, supporting incident prevention, and reinforcing a strong, proactive safety culture throughout project execution.
Location: Project Location Midwest USA
Rotation: 4 weeks on, 1 week off
Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off, 12 hours per day
