Leidos’ Defense, Systems Integration and Test Team is seeking a Integration Engineer Team Lead…. Primary Responsibilities
Serve as the Product Owner for the Systems Team within a SAFe Agile Release Train
Own and manage the Team Backlog, including enablers, technical stories, and system-level work
Collaborate closely with System Architects/Engineering, Product Management, and Business Owners to define and refine features
Translate high-level features and enablers into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Participate in PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events
Support integration, DevOps, and system-level testing efforts
Act as a key liaison between development teams and stakeholders for technical/system concerns
Monitor progress, track dependencies, and manage risks related to system-level work
Create, modify, and execute test plans for development, qualification, and acceptance phases of hardware projects
Create, modify, and use Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) test platforms to satisfy testing requirements.
The position may require minimal travel for test events (approximately 4 weeks a year).
Basic Qualifications
The position requires an ABET accredited B.S. or equivalent degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering with 8+ years of experience or 4+ years with MS degree.
Candidates must have knowledge of and experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.
Candidates must have experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting and testing.
Preferred Qualifications
Eight to Twelve years of experience with test planning and execution.
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification
Experience working on Systems Teams or platform/infrastructure teams
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments
Working knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment
Working knowledge of software languages and/or firmware languages
Experience preparing and presenting briefings and/or demonstrations to customers and management
Experience planning and executing demonstration tests and US Gov't test ranges/facilities

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
