Job Description

cFocus Software seeks a SAFe Agile Scrum Master to join our program supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This position is on site in the Washington DC, MD, & VA area. This position requires a TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI + CI Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with 4-12+ years of experience in Agile project management
  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams
  • Knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps)
  • Understanding of SAFe principles and ART operations

Duties:
  • Facilitates Agile teams using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) principles and Scrum methodologies.
  • Coaches teams on Agile practices, removes impediments, and ensures adherence to SAFe ceremonies and artifacts.
  • Facilitates sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and. retrospectives.
  • Tracks team velocity, manages sprint backlogs, and promotes continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensu.re alignment with program objectives.
  • Supports Agile Release Train (ART) activities and coordinates with Release Train Engineers.
