Job Description

& Key Responsibilities:

1. Issue Management Lead issue resolution and escalation handling; ensure clear and timely communication with stakeholders

2. Operational Excellence & Digital Transformation (Strategic Focus)

a. Drive end-to-end optimization of operating models, ensuring processes are standardized, scalable, and systemized.

b. Lead digital transformation initiatives across SADM functions, leveraging tools such as ERP, CRM, and BI platforms to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

c. Establish process visualization frameworks (e.g., dashboards, KPI tracking systems) to enable real-time monitoring and management decision-making.

d. Identify operational bottlenecks and design automation and system-driven solutions to improve productivity.

e. Build and continuously enhance end-to-end (E2E) process governance, improving cross-functional alignment and execution efficiency.

3. Q2C Process Management Lead and support initiatives across the full Q2C lifecycle, including:

a. Quoting

b. Order Management

c. Collections (AR follow-up and coordination)

d. Demo / Asset Management

e. Production Services (Hardware, Software, DI/ACS etc businesses) Ensure alignment and efficiency across cross-functional teams.

4. Compliance & Local Support

a. Ensure compliance with Entity List regulations, support policies, and internal rules, including local implementation within ATC.

b. Manage contract, RFA, and company seal approval workflows.

c. Support FTZ (Free Trade Zone) customer processes and regulatory requirements.

d. Oversee customer registration processes (e.g., TC 4 questionnaire).

e. Design and implement DI localization processes. f. Support new business model (Cloud business) 、process and related operations.

5. Business & Project Support

Support cross-functional projects and provide data analysis for business decision-making

6. Business Innovation & Capability Development

a. Drive continuous innovation in service models, process design, and operational capabilities to align with evolving business needs.

b. Lead the development of new business support frameworks (e.g., DI localization, ACS emerging service models) to enable business expansion.

c. Leverage data insights to propose and implement innovative solutions that enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

d. Establish and promote best practices and ensure scalability across teams and regions. e. Explore and implement digital and automation technologies (e.g., Power BI, RPA, workflow tools) to modernize operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (semiconductor/tech industry preferred)
  • Good understanding of Q2C processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Japanese is a plus
