• Sobald unsere Kundin, unser Kunde sich für ein Fahrzeug entschieden hat, kommst du ins Spiel!​

• Du prüfst mit deinem kritischen Auge die eingelangten Unterlagen.​

• Du kommunizierst mit unseren Partner*innen, löst die Fahrzeugbestellungen aus, forderst fehlende Dokumente an​

• Du kontrollierst die Fahrzeugrechnungen auf ihre Genauigkeit und gibst diese für die Buchhaltung frei.​

• Fahrzeugauslieferungen fallen in deinen Tätigkeitsbereich​

• Auch Ummeldungen und Adressänderungen sind von dir zu betreuen

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HLW, …) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre​

• Wiedereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen​

• Du hast bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt​

• Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kund*innen- und serviceorientiert​

• Du hast ein professionelles, sympathisches Auftreten und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen​

• Genauigkeit und Effizienz zählen dabei zu deinen Stärken

• Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen​

• Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift​​

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.450,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
