Sachbearbeiter Ersatzteillogistik
Hauptaufgaben
  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung der Exportverzollung
  • Organisation und Sicherstellung des Versandes sowie der Erstellung von Versandunterlagen, insbesondere Luftfracht und CEP-Sendungen
  • Durchführung der Warenausgangsbuchung und Erzeugung der Rechnung in SAP
  • Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, z.B. bzgl. Versandbedingungen und Prioritäten
  • Verantwortung für die operative Abwicklung einer definierten Region gemäß internen Vorgaben, bei Bedarf in enger Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit externen Logistikdienstleistern
  • Wahrnehmung der Funktion als Luftsicherheitsbeauftragter gemäß LuftSiG
  • Erstellung sowie Auswertung relevanter logistischer KPI
  • Mitwirkung in Projekten
Du bringst diese Fähigkeiten, Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen mit
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Disposition oder Ersatzteilmanagement erforderlich
  • Qualifikation als Luftsicherheitsbeauftragter sowie Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung nach §7 Luftsicherheitsgesetz wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in der Exportabwicklung zwingend erforderlich
  • Gute Kenntnisse des SAP-SD Moduls
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke
