Als Sachbearbeiter Versand (m/w/d) sind Sie für die eigenständige Steuerung und Überwachung nationaler sowie internationaler Versandprozesse verantwortlich. Sie stellen die termingerechte Abwicklung von Versandaufträgen sicher, koordinieren interne und externe Schnittstellen und sorgen für die Einhaltung aller Zoll-, Compliance- und Qualitätsanforderungen. Mit Ihrer Erfahrung tragen Sie aktiv zur Optimierung von Logistik- und Versandprozessen bei.

ENGLISH:
As a Shipping Specialist (m/f/d), you are responsible for independently managing and monitoring domestic and international shipping operations. You ensure the timely execution of shipping orders, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and maintain compliance with customs, quality, and regulatory requirements. Through your expertise, you actively contribute to the optimization of logistics and shipping processes.

DEUTSCH:

• Erstellung, Verwaltung und Prüfung von Versand-, Export- und Zolldokumenten
• Avisierung, Nachverfolgung und Überwachung nationaler und internationaler Sendungen
• Erstellung von Intrastat-Meldungen sowie Bereitstellung relevanter Kennzahlen
• Durchführung von SOX-Prüfungen gemäß Konzernvorgaben
• Planung und Abstimmung von Versandaktivitäten mit Kundendisponenten, Speditionen und internen Schnittstellen
• Koordination von Sonderfrachten sowie Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Versand- und Logistikprozessen

ENGLISH:

• Prepare, manage, and review shipping, export, and customs documentation
• Coordinate, track, and monitor domestic and international shipments
• Prepare Intrastat reports and provide relevant shipping and logistics metrics
• Perform SOX compliance checks in accordance with corporate requirements
• Plan and coordinate shipping activities with customer planners, freight forwarders, and internal departments
• Manage special freight requests and support continuous improvement initiatives within shipping and logistics processes
• All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Education

DEUTSCH:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Spedition, Außenhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Versandabwicklung sowie Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Exportwesen
• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen, Kunden und internen Stakeholdern
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung sowie gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

ENGLISH:

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, international trade, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in shipping operations with strong knowledge of customs and export processes
• Experience collaborating with freight forwarders, customers, and cross-functional internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, and good communication skills in German and English
