Verantwortlichkeiten
Ausdruck von Etiketten (zentral/dezentral) sowie die Zuordnung zentral gedruckter Etiketten auf die Auftraggeber bzw. Lagerbereiche
Leistungserfassung und Materialbevorratung für den Bereich der Etikettendruckerei
Plausibilitätsprüfung und Bearbeitung von Etikettenbestellungen aus der Produktion
Administrator-Funktion im Ebsoft-System und Ansprechpartner/Koordinator bei Störungsbeseitigung und Systemanpassungen
Anpassung vorhandener Layouts an besondere Anforderungen der Abteilung sowie die Produktsicherheit unserer Kunden
Überprüfung der Versandaufträge auf Plausibilität, Vollständigkeit der Markierungstexte, korrekte Chargen-Zuordnung und, falls erforderlich, Durchführung von Korrekturen
Anforderungen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich EDV und dem MS-Office-Paket
Fundierte Kenntnisse der eingesetzten Software (u. a. Ebsoft und ELMA)
Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Selbständige, zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
