What You Can Expect
Du nimmst Kundenaufträge von Neu- und Bestandskunden entgegen und bearbeitest diese zuverlässig.
Du prüfst Kundenaufträge auf Vollständigkeit, Durchführbarkeit und besondere Anforderungen (z. B. Gefahrgut).
Du erfasst, pflegst und aktualisierst Auftragsdaten in unseren IT-Systemen.
Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und beantwortest Fragen zu Auftragsstatus, Leistungen und Standardpreisen.
Du bearbeitest die schriftliche Kundenkorrespondenz und hältst einen professionellen Kundenkontakt aufrecht.
Du stimmst dich eng mit internen Fachabteilungen ab und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.
Du koordinierst Änderungen, Ergänzungen oder Stornierungen von Kundenaufträgen.
Du gibst geprüfte Aufträge zur Disposition frei und unterstützt bei der Abwicklung von Zusatzservices.
What You Bring:
Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung – idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Transport oder Logistik.
Du gehst sicher mit MS Office und gängigen E-Mail-Programmen um.
Du kommunizierst professionell, freundlich und serviceorientiert mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern.
Du überzeugst durch eine klare und präzise Ausdrucksweise – mündlich wie schriftlich.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick.
Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Contargo overview
With a yearly throughput of 1.9 million TEU, Contargo is one of the leading container hinterland logistics networks in Europe. Contargo integrates container transport between the western seaports, Germany’s North Sea ports and the European hinterland. The Contargo network concept is based on three components:

This concept makes Contargo the partner of choice for sea carriers, forwarders and all other players along the intermodal logistics chain in Europe.
Contargo operates container depots and interim storage at the terminals and offers a wide range of container services including local collection and delivery of containers by truck, maintenance and repair, and stuffing and stripping. Contargo combines the advantages of the three transport modes of inland navigation, road and rail in an integrated transport concept. Fixed routes and frequent scheduled departures form the basis for fast, reliable, efficient container transports.
Consistent, integrated processes and IT systems ensure the fast, smooth throughput of containers. As well as handling between barge, rail and truck Contargo also takes on the document processing.
Contargo is present in Germany, the Netherlands, France and Switzerland (see more) Of course, Contargo maintains the highest safety standards in the day-to-day operation of all its partners and these standards are stringently controlled – for example regarding ADR 1.10 and ISPS regulations and observation of the stipulations of AEO ( Authorised Economic Operator)
