Position: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Functional Consultant

Experience: 10- 12 Years

Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/New Delhi

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Functional Consultant with strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business analytics. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, design planning solutions, and drive successful implementations and support engagements.

Key Skills & Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in SAP Planning and Analytics solutions, including SAP SAC

Planning, SAP BPC, SAP BW, or related planning platforms.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning

implementations, rollouts, or AMS support projects.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial

Planning, Workforce Planning, CAPEX Planning, and Sales Planning solutions.
• Good understanding of financial planning processes including P&L, Balance Sheet,

Cash Flow, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Management Reporting.
• Experience in conducting requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, business

process discussions, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
• Expertise in SAC Planning components such as Planning Models, Dimensions,

Versions, Data Actions, Multi Actions, Allocations, Calendar Tasks, and Workflow

Management.
• Experience in developing SAC Planning Stories, Input Templates, Executive

Dashboards, KPI Reports, and Management Reporting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of planning methodologies including Top-Down Planning, Bottom-

Up Planning, Driver-Based Planning, Rolling Forecasts, What-If Simulations, and

Scenario Planning.
• Experience integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, Datasphere, SuccessFactors,

and other enterprise data sources.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and provide

optimal planning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Integration Testing, End-User Training,

Go-Live Support, and Hypercare activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with Finance,

Supply Chain, Sales, HR, and Business Planning teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a

customer-focused consulting approach.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and SAP best

practices for planning and analytics implementations.
• SAP SAC Planning Certification, Group Reporting, or Financial Consolidation

processes will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional and

global teams.
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements. Project-specific travel may be

required during workshops, testing, go-live, and hypercare phases.
