What you will do

Supervises The Club Lounge operation and workflow to maximize guest satisfaction.

· Identifies staff training requirements and service improvements areas.

· Supervises and guides all staff to ensure that hotel policies and procedures are adhered to.

· Communicates closely with the Executive Club Manager to ensure follow up on any challenges, concern or staff performance.

· Attends daily and monthly meetings to highlight areas of improvement in the service aspects and obtain feedback.

· Creates a positive and highly motivated working environment that promotes and develops teamwork.

· Utilizes and develops communication tools and channels for the dissemination of information and workflow in the section.

· Ensures guest preferences are collected and action upon in order to delight our guests.

· Ensures that all guest complaints are handled efficiently and politely.

· Constantly assist Club Manager to review the current procedures and practices to ensure they are simple for staff and guests.

Monitors performance standards, reporting issues / concerns as needed.

· Should present himself as a Senior representative of managers in handling of all guest request and complaint concerning services affecting the Hotel operations.

· Trains new employees in all aspects of the Executive Club

What you bring

Education:

· Fluent in oral and written English and Japanese

Experience:

· At least one-year previous working experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

· Knowledge of computer.

· Ability to multitasking on other position within Front office.
