Sabio Advisory is hiring on behalf of a global digital company supporting high-end lifestyle and hospitality brands through performance-driven marketing and AI-powered insights.

We are looking for a trend-savvy, aesthetic-minded, and culture-attuned Creative Lead to drive thumb-stopping content for some of the world’s most iconic travel and luxury brands. If you’re equal parts strategist, storyteller, and visual tastemaker—this is your chance to lead the charge in redefining luxury content for the digital age.

Spearhead content creation for luxury travel, hospitality, and lifestyle brands
Define the creative standard for short-form video and premium social content
Collaborate across global teams in strategy, media, and client services
Shape visual identity and storytelling for a high-growth, AI-led digital firm
Currently work-from-home setup, with eventual shift to hybrid

What you’ll be doing

Lead production of Reels, TikToks, carousels, and other short-form assets
Translate fast-moving digital trends into elevated, brand-aligned visuals
Develop content themes, storytelling angles, and campaign concepts
Collaborate with media, strategy, and client-facing teams
Set the creative benchmark and mentor junior creators
Track content performance and iterate for impact

What we’re looking for

Fluency in social media trends, viral formats, and digital culture
Strong creative vision, aesthetic instincts, and editing know-how
Experience in travel, fashion, lifestyle, or a creative portfolio that wows
Hands-on with editing tools or comfortable directing a creative team
Excellent communication skills and creative leadership mindset
Prior experience crafting or scaling content across brand platforms is a big plus
