As a SaaS Support Engineer Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction You will be instrumental in maintaining our SynaptiQ platform and providing first-level support to our clients, as well as assisting with onboarding and with development of new features.
