Job Description

This role is pivotal in ensuring our various software tools are fully utilized to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting a variety of SaaS products, including Jira, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, and Zapier.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze the usage of these tools, identify areas for improvement to optimize workflows, and increase efficiency.
• Provide technical support and training for team members on how to best use these software platforms.
• Ensure data is organized, accessible, and secure across all platforms. Assist in data migration, integration, and reporting tasks.
• Act as the go-to problem solver for any technical issues related to our SaaS tools, working with vendor support as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes within and between these platforms to streamline business operations.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Oversee and optimize CRM systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support sales and marketing efforts.

Requirements

• A graduate with a bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing SaaS platforms (e.g., Jira, Active Campaign, Zoho, Microsoft 365, WordPress, Elementor, Zapier).
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in data management, integration, and process automation.
• Strong communication skills for training and supporting team members.
