Job Description


As a SaaS Platform Engineer, you will:

  • Manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise SaaS applications from onboarding and implementation to renewal and retirement.

  • Own and support enterprise SaaS platforms, ensuring security, compliance, resilience, and operational excellence.

  • Manage identity and access integrations using SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.

  • Collaborate with architecture, security, risk, procurement, and business teams to deliver secure SaaS solutions.

  • Monitor platform availability, performance, incidents, and operational risks.

  • Manage vendor relationships, release cycles, upgrades, and platform changes.

  • Perform risk assessments and implement remediation activities to address security and compliance requirements.

  • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and governance initiatives.

  • Automate operational and governance processes to improve service efficiency.

  • Manage SaaS license utilization, optimization, and cost transparency.

  • Work with APIs, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, and Identity & Access Management technologies to support enterprise integrations.

  • Drive continuous improvement by contributing to platform standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

What You Bring to the Table
:

  • 6+ years of experience in SaaS Platform Engineering, Cloud Platform Engineering, Enterprise Application Support, or related roles.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and enterprise SaaS platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and SCIM.

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Incident Management, and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS lifecycle management, governance, security, compliance, and risk management.

  • Experience integrating SaaS platforms using APIs and enterprise integration technologies.

  • Knowledge of monitoring, operational excellence, resilience, business continuity, and disaster recovery practices.

  • Experience working in Agile environments.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, vendor management, and operational governance.

You should possess the ability to:

  • Manage end-to-end SaaS platform lifecycle activities.

  • Implement secure identity and access management solutions.

  • Design and support SaaS integrations using APIs and cloud services.

  • Monitor platform health and resolve incidents efficiently.

  • Automate operational processes and governance workflows.

  • Assess risks and implement effective remediation strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

  • Optimize SaaS licensing, platform performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

  • Adapt to changing technologies and vendor-driven platform updates while delivering high-quality services in an Agile environment.
