We are looking for an experienced SaaS Platform Engineer to manage the complete lifecycle of enterprise SaaS platforms while ensuring security, governance, operational resilience, compliance and vendor management.

This role combines platform engineering, service ownership and SaaS governance responsibilities within a regulated enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage SaaS platform lifecycle from onboarding through retirement.
• 
  Act as the primary vendor contact.
• 
  Manage vendor relationships and renewals.
• 
  Ensure SaaS solutions comply with security and regulatory requirements.
• 
  Support onboarding of new SaaS platforms.
• 
  Implement governance standards.
• 
  Manage licensing and software assets.
• 
  Support operational resilience and disaster recovery planning.
• 
  Build automation using scripting.
• 
  Produce operational dashboards and reports.
