We’re seeking a SaaS Administrator to take ownership of our SaaS stack — from identity and access management to device posture and platform configuration. You will deliver secure, frictionless systems that empower users and keep operations running at scale.
You’ll work closely with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to design SaaS solutions that are reliable, secure, and built for scale. We are an Apple-first organization, and Jamf Pro expertise is essential.
What You’ll Do:
- Google Workspace: Administer and optimize with secure, scalable configurations.
- Identity & Access Management: Configure and maintain SSO/SCIM; enforce PoLP across our SaaS stack. Extend IAM governance to select cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Databricks, MongoDB), including secure third-party account management and basic billing alerts/anomaly flagging.
- User Lifecycle: Streamline and automate onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
- Device Management: Co-manage a 200+ Apple fleet via Jamf Pro; administer a small Windows fleet via JumpCloud.
- Security: Drive endpoint and platform security through patching, access controls, vulnerability management, and incident response readiness.
- Escalations: Serve as L2/L3 escalation; perform root-cause analysis and deliver long-term solutions.
- SaaS Optimization: Ensure tools are configured for reliability, security, and ease of use so employees are empowered to work without friction.
- Quarterly Access Reviews: Lead reviews across all SaaS platforms, driving strong security, license hygiene, and cost optimization.
- Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear and current documentation to support compliance and operational consistency.
Requirements
About You:
- 4–6 years in systems administration across Apple and Windows environments.
- Strong Jamf Pro and macOS/iOS management experience; proven endpoint protection expertise.
- Google Workspace administration expertise.
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, Zsh, or Python).
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and autonomous
