Job Description

BASIC FUNCTIONS:

  • Calls out existing customers who have ordered in the
  • past to ask if they would want to order again and offer
  • discounted prices.
  • Calls out previous caller who inquired but did not order
  • and offer discounted prices.
  • Do cold calling
  • Makes a sale
  • Do manual calling

COMPETENCIES NEEDED

  • Clear thought process
  • Spontaneous
  • Ability to multitask
  • At least a year of experience in inbound and outbound selling
  • Sales and goal oriented

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • - Degree Holder or with at least 2 years of
  • college
  • - Has very good oral and written communication
  • skills
  • - With at least sales experience
  • - Good attention to details
  • - No attendance issues if ex-agent
  • - Computer literate
  • - Selling Skills is a MUST
