Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Uniquely Yours.

You will lead change management for the S4/HANA and o9 Planning Transformation program, ensuring that people, processes, and ways of working evolve successfully alongside new systems and capabilities. Your primary focus will be on driving adoption, managing resistance, and embedding sustainable change across the organization, with a particular emphasis on data management, data governance and related data sub-workstreams (master data, business data & data analytics). This is a crucial role to lay out Mondelez Digital 2030 ambition and deploy an enterprise data culture.

SAP S/4 HANA and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey that provides a significant opportunity to transform business capabilities. Key contribution of the role will be in the following spaces:

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Act as a change partner and be accountable for end-to-end change management across the Data Governance and related data sub-workstreams (master data, business data & data analytics).
  • Identify and assess the organizational change impacts resulting from new data processes, governance frameworks, tools, and ways of working.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, communication plans, and training roadmaps tailored to data transformation initiatives.
  • Define, design, and deliver strategic change interventions (stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, training, business readiness activities).
  • Support change management capability across the organization and coach project stakeholders, people managers, and change champions on adoption best practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BUs, Functions, MDS, business process owners, Data Governance personas, and regional leadership to ensure alignment.
  • Measure and Monitor the effectiveness of change strategies using adoption metrics, readiness assessments, and feedback loops.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to new ways of working, including governance frameworks and Enterprise data governance tools such as Ataccama.
  • Work with leaders to create a compelling change story and case for change that promotes Data Governance practices and fosters a data-driven culture.

What you will bring

  • 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a strong track record of leading change on large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required or strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior-level leaders across functions and business units and drive alignment around change priorities
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA and/or o9 planning platforms is a must. Exposure to data governance, data management, or data & analytics environments only will be selected for interview – (deep technical data expertise is not required)
