Job Description

Objective: The S/4 SAP Solutions Manager will lead and architect SAP solutions across various business functions, including finance, supply chain, production planning, and more, with support from technical and functional SAP staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and coach a team of functional and technical consultants to deliver Business Excellence (BE) solutions that meet business needs, align with BE strategy, and adhere to cost constraints and timelines.
  • Solution Architecture: Design new SAP solutions to enhance the efficiency of the various business functions.
  • Application Support: Manage application support for the various business functions, including break-fix issues, escalations, and end-user training on new functionalities.
  • Relationship Management: Collaborate with business users to define business requirements, prioritize SAP requests alongside Global Process Owners, and ensure timely delivery of work products as part of the Project Management Organization.
  • Business Intelligence: Create techno-functional specifications for reporting, detailing component data sources and relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders, SAP consultants, Global Process Owners to deliver comprehensive solutions, prioritizing S/4 Clean Core philosophy.
  • Testing: Define and lead end-to-end test processes, including the development of test automation capabilities.
  • Access Management: Approve ad-hoc firefighter access and role requests.
  • System Upgrades: Manage system upgrades and disaster recovery testing to improve systems while minimizing business disruption.
  • Presentations: Create management presentations to summarize business needs, recommended paths forward, and accomplishments.
  • Software Implementation: Evaluate and support the implementation and maintenance of new software solutions.

Job Requirements and Preferences:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or finance; advanced degree in Finance (or MBA) preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years in SAP modules, FI/CO a plus.
  • SAP Lifecycle: Minimum of 5 years architecting SAP solutions and experience with at least 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations.

Relocation is not available with this position.
