You help implement the operational excellence program in a specific function and/or for cross-functional continuous improvement (CI) projects. You are not only responsible for applying CI tools and techniques for problem solving and performance improvement but more importantly, you help employees improve their CI skills and build their self-sufficiency.
As the MTI Process Excellence & Value Realization Lead, you are the bridge between current operational reality and our digital future. You will own the optimization of our current ECC/APO landscape while architecting the value roadmap for our AMEA S/4HANA transformation. Your mission is toeliminateprocess waste today to ensure a seamless and value-driven migration tomorrow
ECC Optimization & "Quick-Win" Execution
Coordinate the categorization of operational "pain points" and align with plants on execution plans for immediate process or configuration optimizations within existing ECC and APO-PPDS capabilities
Design and deploy "Process Health Checks" across AMEA plants to standardize MTI execution and eliminate "shadow processes" or manual workarounds.
Act as the primary point of contact for CI requests from factories; oversee BAU activities, including access management, to ensure system integrity and process discipline.
Key-User Community & Capability Building
Design and lead the Regional MTI Key-User Community, moving from a ticket-based support model to an expert-led, self-sustaining ecosystem of excellence.
Set the regional gold standard for MTI documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
S/4HANA Value Realization & Scoping
Assess current capabilities, change impacts, and potential benefits to build a comprehensive "Roadmap to Value," aligning this strategy with regional leadership
Develop andmaintainthe MTI Value Tracker, providing regular updates to the Leadership Team on benefit realization and roadmap milestones.
IL6S Synergy
Align digital MTI processes with Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) pillars; define the specific skillsrequiredfor each pillar as they link to new S/4HANA capabilities.

10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in E2E Material-to-Inventory (MTI)processes within a complex manufacturing environment
Expert-level mastery of SAP ECC(MM, WM, PP) and APO-PPDS You should be comfortable "diving into the system" tovalidateprocess possibilities
Strongproficiencyin IL6S / Lean Manufacturingtools and data analytics
Proventrack recordof leading digital change initiatives that resulted in measurable ROI or cost savings
Strongcommunicationskills with the ability to influencewithout direct authority You must be able to challenge the status quo with data-backed insights
Ability to navigate the cultural and operational diversity of the AMEA region, adapting your approach to different market maturities
