Your Role

We are looking for Consultant – SAP S/4HANA Support (Order Management), you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for supporting and enhancing critical Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within SAP S/4HANA environments. You will play a key role in ensuring business continuity, driving process improvements, resolving complex production issues, and supporting global supply chain and customer fulfillment operations.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Order Management and Sales & Distribution (SD) processes.
• Manage incident, problem, service request, and change management activities in line with SLA commitments.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting order processing, fulfillment, delivery, billing, and customer service operations.
• Coordinate with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, testing activities, and deployment of business requirements.

Your Profile

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP SD / Order Management support, preferably in S/4HANA environments.
• Experience supporting global Order-to-Cash processes in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, consumer products, life sciences, or industrial sectors.
• Hands-on experience in SAP production support, AMS (Application Management Services), or support and enhancement engagements.
• Good understanding of Order Management business processes and supply chain operations.
• Exposure to logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or inventory management processes is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related discipline.
