Job Description

For KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for an S2P Process Excellence Manager (m/f/d) who is keen to continuously improving our processes and structures around S2P, fostering engagement and capability building.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

The place of work is Berlin.

Responsibilities:

• Own global Source-to-Pay (S2P) process design (S2C & P2P), including RACI and control framework; chair the design authority.
• Lead the continuous improvement roadmap using Lean/Six Sigma principles; conduct maturity assessments and evolve the target operating model.
• Ensure compliance with policies, internal controls (ICS), segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
• Drive standardization and change management, including SOPs, training curriculum, and communication.
• Define and track process KPIs; collaborate with Automation Lead and Key Users to identify automation opportunities.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across S2P, fostering engagement and capability building.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in S2P/Shared Services/Procurement and continuous improvement leadership.
• Strong project management skills; Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of S2P suites and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS D365), control design, and policy frameworks.
• Experience with process modeling (BPMN), process mining, and data visualization tools.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
