SPECIAL EDUCATION POSTING NUMBER: S27-001-48
Itinerant Autism Mentor

Salary: $2,981 to $4,4,449 per month
Qualifications: As outlined in the attached job description, including the following:
- The person assigned to this position may be responsible to attend to personal care needs including toilet needs.
- This person must be trained or willing to be trained in nonviolent crisis intervention.
- The person must implement behavior intervention plans.
- A person assigned to a special education class must be trained in CPR/First Aid and be willing to perform specialized health care procedures for students including, but not limited to tube feeding, medication administration, seizure management, and personal hygiene as designated by the school nurse.
- Must be willing to obtain Autism Mentor Certification with the WVDE.
Employment Term: 200 days
Shift: Approx. 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
