About the Role
The company is looking for a results-driven RVP of Sales based in Austin, TX (hybrid: 3 days/week in-office) to own and scale its new customer acquisition and expansion revenue strategy in the U.S. market. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you’ll lead a team of Account Executives and focus on growing ACV in your region.
What You’ll Do
Drive new customer acquisition and pipeline strategies
Coach, support, and scale a team of AEs to consistently exceed targets
Jump in to help close key deals and support expansion with Customer Success
Forecast accurately, share performance insights, and optimize processes
Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales talent
Identify growth opportunities in new verticals and markets
Collaborate with tech teams to evolve systems architecture for scale
About You
5+ years in SaaS Sales Leadership; proven ACV and team growth experience
Experience scaling a business from $20M to $100M+ in revenue
Track record building highly efficient and effective sales teams
A self-starter with urgency, energy, and attention to detail
Comfortable influencing at all levels of an organization
Excellent communicator; highly relational
Proficient with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite
