RV Sales Consultant Job Summary

Kunes Auto & RV Group is seeking a motivated RV Sales Consultant to help customers find the right RV, travel trailer, or motorhome for their lifestyle. In this role, you'll guide customers through the entire RV sales process—from that first warm greeting on the lot to driving away in their new RV—while building lasting relationships that keep them coming back and referring friends and family.

Pay & Compensation

• Competitive Base Pay Plus Commission

RV Sales Consultant Responsibilities

• Sales Goals – Sell a variety of RVs, travel trailers, and motorhomes each month while prioritizing customer satisfaction
• Customer Engagement – Welcome customers, help them find their perfect RV, and explain product features and benefits
• Documentation – Prepare and process all sales paperwork accurately and in line with dealership policies
• Customer Loyalty – Build relationships with satisfied customers to encourage repeat business and attract new clients through referrals
• Test Drive Experiences – Conduct engaging, safe test drives for prospective RV buyers while following all safety protocols
• Industry Knowledge – Stay informed about the latest RV models, features, and industry trends to enhance your expertise
• Training & Development – Participate in product and sales training sessions to continuously improve your skills
• Goal Setting – Establish personal income goals and develop strategies to achieve them
• Career Advancement – Actively pursue opportunities for professional growth through dedication and performance

Requirements

Required:

• Valid driver's license
• State Sales License (or ability to obtain one)
• Clear and effective communication and customer service skills
• Basic math skills for managing transactions and calculations
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous RV, automotive, or outdoor/camping industry sales experience
