What You’ll Do

• Build trust-based relationships with customers
• Guide buyers through a consultative sales process
• Demonstrate RV features through walk-arounds and presentations
• Match customers with the right RV for their lifestyle and budget
• Follow up consistently and generate referrals
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to deliver an exceptional buying experience

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

• Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, RV, real estate, powersports, or other high-ticket sales preferred)
• Confident communicator who can connect quickly and build rapport
• Self-motivated and competitive with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working weekends and evenings during peak season
• Passion for outdoor lifestyle is a bonus, but sales drive is essential
