We’re looking for a professional, hands-on, people-focused Seasonal Part-Time RV Delivery & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team for peak season.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, working with their hands, and staying active while taking pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a seasonal part-time position, with increased hours available during peak spring and summer months, including evenings and weekends.
What This Role Is Really About
You are the final and most important touchpoint in the customer journey.
When a customer arrives to pick up their RV, you are the expert who walks them through everything — how it works, how to use it safely, and how to enjoy it with confidence.
When not delivering RVs, you’ll support dealership operations, making this a varied, fast-paced, and hands-on role.
What You’ll Do
Deliver full RV orientations and walkthroughs
Clearly and confidently explain RV systems (power, water, propane, appliances, awnings, slide-outs, etc.)
Perform minor mechanical or setup adjustments without requiring a technician
Answer customer questions professionally and calmly
Educate customers on warranties, accessories, and camping supplies available in-store
Move RVs around the lot and shop (forklift training provided)
Support the sales and service teams as needed
Assist with RV trade shows, setup, and takedown
Stay active and on your feet throughout the day
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You don’t need RV experience — but you do need the right mindset.
This role is a great fit if you:
Enjoy teaching and explaining things clearly
Are mechanically inclined or naturally hands-on
Have experience in customer service, technical support, automotive, trades, retail, or hospitality
Take pride in being organized, prepared, and professional
Are comfortable working evenings and weekends during peak season (spring and summer)
Enjoy variety — no two days look the same

Confidence working independently and as part of a team
Comfort working on your feet and outdoors

Valid driver’s license
