Job Title: Rubrik Cloud Backup & Recovery Engineer
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months
Experience Required: 6–8 Years
We are looking for an experienced Rubrik Cloud Backup & Recovery Engineer to join our team in Eindhoven. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise backup solutions, particularly within Rubrik environments, and experience working in mission-critical infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Rubrik Enterprise Data Protection Suite
- Perform Rubrik CDM to RSC migrations
- Handle Rubrik cluster upgrades, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies, including ransomware scenarios
- Oversee capacity planning and performance optimization of Rubrik environments
- Support and maintain enterprise NAS platforms in critical environments
- Work on API integrations and automation using REST/GraphQL
- Integrate Rubrik with enterprise tools like MuleSoft, ServiceNow, and Splunk
- Ensure cyber resiliency and security best practices
- Collaborate in an Agile delivery environment
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Rubrik Backup & Recovery solutions
- Experience with:
- Rubrik CDM & RSC migration
- Cluster upgrades & lifecycle management
- Ransomware recovery & disaster recovery
- Capacity management
- Knowledge of API integrations (REST, GraphQL) and automation
- Experience managing:
- SAP HANA
- Kubernetes
- Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL
- VMware vSphere VMs
- Active Directory Protection
- Understanding of cybersecurity and cyber resiliency frameworks
Nice to Have
- VMware administration
- Storage automation experience
- Cloud expertise, especially Microsoft Azure networking
